Sunday 9th November – orchard work party
The last scything session of the year! Come and hone your scything skills, or give it a try for the first time. There is also plenty of work for those not fancying wielding a scythe, including raking and mulching, and even some clipboard action!
Saturday 13th December – orchard work party
The first of our wintery work parties. Over the next few months we’ll be planting a few additional trees and aiming to prune all the trees in the orchard – many hands make light work…
Sunday 18th January – orchard work party
More pruning, adjusting tree guards and giving the orchard trees some tlc in the dormant season.
Sunday 25th January 2026 – orchard wassail
